1. Skin pass rolling mill(Temper mill ) function
The temper mill is used for post-processing equipment of cold rolled strip. It can improve flatness of cold rolled strip and improve mechanical properties such as deep drawing of cold rolled strip through leveling.

3. Technological advancement
a、Adopting the advanced four or two rolls system structure, the full hydraulic automatic screw-down adjustment, the plate shape bending roll adjustment.
b、The main rolling mill adopts AC variable frequency speed control, and the producing line Siemens PLC control.
c、The system has position closed loop, constant pressure closed loop, constant elongation control.
d、The production line of the unit has the process interlocking, the weld inspection and the alarm, so as to realize the automation of the production process.
e、The production set has functions of presetting process parameters, detection and display of process parameters and key parameters, recording and inquiring data, and storing data.
4. Production line composition
The composition of the production line is mainly composed of uncoiling equipment, S roll, leveler, S roll and coiling equipment.
